"Plugged them in (two head units hanging off a single Blue Ridge outdoor unit), used the QR code to download the app, setup took about 5 minutes. Status and control from anywhere in the world now. New Goodman Heat Pump

Love this mini-split
"12k btu out of the box easy install. Very cost effective. Premium performance. 48 degree air out of the evaporator. Will be purchasing another unit before summer for climate control in a storage shed/workshop. This one was installed in a new 1700 sg ft metal building with a 300 sg ft office, foyer and full bath build out."

Advertise products they don't have
"I ordered an R-410A condensing unit. Utilized the serial number from Goodman for the unit I was ordering. They list the same serial number and refrigerant on unit I ordered. They called me and said that the unit I ordered was not one they had in stock, but it would be in about 8 weeks. After investigating the unit, Goodman is no longer manufacturing that unit, so how could they get it in 8 weeks? That is why I ordered the unit in the first place. They stated it was in stock and ready for shipment. Not so much!"

"I received a call about 5 minutes after my online order was placed. Confirmed my equipment order and delivery address. The delivery was actually going to be too fast so I asked for a few extra days. He said no problem, and asked if I needed any additional accessories which are typical for a new install.
Alpine sent emails to keep me updated and the delivery company emailed and called. Everything went very smoothly. Delivery guy wheeled the pallet to my side yard because I had surgery and couldn't lift anything. It was all new packaging and wrapped nicely on the pallet.
Definitely use this place for your purchase. Good prices, great communication, and quick delivery."
